MS Project 2003 Web Access working with IE7 and how to fix it ?

How to determine who is the Owner

Does anyone know if MS Project Web Access works with IE7 and how to fix the
error, I am getting the following error ?

The Controls for Project Web Access could not be donwloaded correctly.
Please check your sercurity settings in IE or contact system administrator ?
