How can I open MS Project 2007 files with MS Project 2003. Is there a
converter that can be install to allow 2003 to open 2007 files?

Hi Tony,
Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup
In Project 2007, the file has to be Saved As... and select the 2003 format.
Then 3005 can read it. I'm hoping that the SR1 expected early next year
will allow exchange without fuss!

You need to apply SP3 to Microsoft Project 2003. The Service Pack includes
a converter. Hope this helps.
