MS Project 2007 crash

Hi,

We use MS Project 2007 server with SP1 and all the hotfixes needed.
We have one user which connect to the server with her NT authentication and
then MS Project crashed (only in her computer) but when she enter her
credentails manually or if I connect from her computer MS Project works.

Please help!!!

Are there any errors in the event log?

Have you tried re-installing the application?

You could try rebuilding her profile on the troublesome machine!

Hi,

There is nothing in the event log, we tried to reinstall but with no success
and I deleted and recreate her profile.

I forgot to mention that first time after restart it works but closing and
reopening it crashes again.

Hi Ran,

Could you give the steps you carried out in recreating the profile?
Also, are you have a global user profile created so that it sits on
registry and adds the connection string and some of environmental
settings when user opens up Project Professional? (Sorry that I don't
have a handy 2007 environment to give you exact information).
I would recommend examining the Project 2007 Option (each tab,
especially collaboration, save tabs). Also please add the server
accounts right from scratch after removing all the existing accounts.
