MS Project and Agile?

Can someone make some suggestions on how to use MS Project in the Agile
project management methodology? Of course I can always make a whole bunch of
sub-projects.

You don't do a lot differently!

I would start with a very high level Gantt chart, basically an estimate of
number of iterations and likely man power available. Detail depends on
customer's constraints (time or $ etc.)

Then start scheduling one iteration at a time, each as a mini project.
