MS Project blows up when accessing macro

When opening macros using
Tools->Macro
Application closes with the error:
AppName: winproj.exe Appver: 10.0.2002.502
ModName:vbe6.dll ModVer:6.4.99.69 Offset: 0-005fc92.

HELP!

Tried reinstalling MS Project Pro 2002
Tried reinstalling MS Office
Tried rebooting

Any help on solving this issue would be greatly
appreciated!

Tough one this...

Maybe you could try installing the latest VB distribution runtime files?
