MS Project for offshore

Please help

Currently, I'm managing a project for offshore team. Due to limited # of MS
Project license, so all my offshore team don't MS Project install. Is there
anyway that I have MS Project running as the web base for the offshore team
to view and update their tasks daily?
I know that I can export it out and import it into MS Outlook. Is there any
other way then this?
