MS Project on Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I have installed the MS project Server 2002 + the new SP
for the 2003, on a 2003 server. OK.

1° When I start the Admin page of MS Project, I got : the
Admin.asp page is denied by the administrator

2° How can I start manually the configuration with
SharePoint Portal 2003?

3° IIS : need I to change or add something in IIS?

Project 2002 only works with STS 1.0. Once those web
sites have been created, then you can aggregate with
Portal 2003, but Project 2002 does not work directly with
Portal 2003.

Philippe:

Installation and installation troubleshooting is covered in three chapter in
my book. I mention this to point out that what you're asking here would
require a very lengthy answer. I can give you some bullet points, though:

1. Make certain that you've configured IIS to allow ISAPI filters
2. Make sure that advanced security features of IE are turned off
3. Do not install SharePoint on the default web site, create another one for
this purpose
