The best way I have found (in my admittedly very limited
experience) is to print the reports, views, or whatever to
a PDF file (if you have full version of Adobe Acrobat).
Virtually everybody these days has Acrobat Reader, so it
makes it really easy to distribute schedules etc. if you
print them a PDF.
