Hi there
We are currently planning a big project and want to print it to a poster
sized about 1m x 1,30m (B4). However, MS Project 2003 doesn't support page
sizes beyond A3, when there is text shown above the task bar in the Gantt
Chart view. At the size A2 the right footer and header are not shown in
preview and on the print out any more. At A1 the time scale partly
disappears and at A0 task names and such in the table are not printed any
more. Preview is not possible at all for A1 and A0.
In Project 2007 it works fine again for A2, but the production of a PDF with
Adobe Acrobat Pro 6.0 takes about 10 minutes on a P4. So this is not really
an alternative.
Who has experience with this szenario with large project plan outputs
especially to PDF?
