MS Project Server 2002 and SPS 2003 Integration

Does anyone know if I can set up a MS Project 2002 server to integrate with
a SharePoint Portal Server 2003 box which I just deployed?

NO. Project 2003 will work with SPS2003. Project Server
2002 only works with SPS 1.0
