MS Project Server - Administrative Plan issue - Annoying Pop-up

Everytime I approve an admin timesheet, I get a message stating the
fixed duration task needs to be extended because it's approved outside
the task's end date. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I tried
extending duration and end date, but that changes the total work for
each assignment.

I would imagine that this happens to quite a large number of Project
Server Admins.
