ms project2000 on a win2003TS

Hello,
i'm having problems installing msproject2000 on a win2003TS.
Is it even possible to do so?
How can i do it?

I checked the knowledge base, and all I found was to download a file called
TermSrvr.mst, I did but don't knwo what to do with it.

Any help would by more than welcome.
