Ms. Pub. Formatting Toolbar gone

Opened Publisher 2000 last week and my formatting toolbar
has dissapeared. Cannot reset it using VIEW-TOOLBARS-
FORMATTING. It will reset all toobars, but formatting.
Tried uninstalling pub. and reinstalling it. Still gone.
Cannot center, bold, change font ect, directly from
toolbar. Read some article from microsoft about runing
something in browse, but a memory access violation
appears. How do I get my formatting toolbar back?

Try a Detect and Repair
Read some article from microsoft about runing
