MS Publisher 2003 - How can I add a suffix to a page number? I would like to
make page 2 read as 2a or 2-1.

The page numbers are on the master page. If this is the only page you want with
this suffix create a section.

From your 11/22 post, I surmise that you want page numbering like 1a, 1b,...,
2a, 2b, 2c,..., 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, etc. If this is the case, then you are not
adding a suffix, you are adding a prefix. The page number is the part that
changes automatically(a, b, c, d, etc.). By breaking your publisher document
into sections you can force the page numbers to start over (a, b, c,...).
You would still need a separate master page for each section, in order to
have a different prefix.
