I have MS Publisher 98 in Windows 98 operating system.

Can I install MS Office 2000, containing MS Publisher 2000
in a windows 98 environment?.

What upgrades to Publisher 98 will allow me to open
downloads from Publisher 2000?.

You cannot. But Publisher 2000 can save files readable by Publisher 98

Publisher 2000 will work on Windows 95 or later, or Windows NT4 or later
Publisher 2002 requires Windows 98 or later, or Windows NT4 SP6 or later
Publisher 2003 requires Windows 2000 SP3 or later
