MS Query - change location of file I'm querying

P

Parker

I'm doing a Query in Excel that I've set up to Auto
Refresh upon opening. I've saved this spreadsheet and
open it each morning to obtain new (refreshed) data. Now
that Access Database has been moved from location x to
location y. How do I change my Excel MS Query to point to
the new location?

Appreciate the help.

Have you opened it yet? I seem to remember that it will ask you to point out
the new path of the database. In my case (at the State of California), I was
SOL because the computer cops didn't grant me access to such a dangerous
choice so I had to remove the queries and make them anew.
