ms server 2003 and outlook office xp roaming profiles with mail setting

We are trying to set up roaming profiles with out server 2003. We
have done so and all is ok so far but out look profiles we set up on
host maching do not follow the user. We would like to have user log
into the server 2003 and get there email account along with their
other files. we are not using exhange but we are using msmail. We
are all running xp or higher.

Have you checked whether the profile is actually written back to the server?
