From a non-broadband perspective, it generally is. How large is the sound file?

I have no idea but I have MS as my home page and every time I open a browser, which is a lot, I get this Halo2 screams.

Wonderful, MS.

You gotta laugh at some of the MS "site developers"

Did you see the tag
<body onLoad="initPopup()" onUnload="exitPopup()">

Of course it is blocked by NIS and Win Xp SP2
- so I never heard the sound

Guess they figure gamers are using NN and Linux (-;
