MS Visual Basic error statement

Since loading WinXP service pack 2 (possible coincidence) I get a Microsoft
Visual Basic error statement everytime I open and close Word and Excell that
says "compile error in hidden module: AutoExec" doesn't seem to affect
performance, but is annoying. Help topics don't.....
