Can anyone help?
I am using the picture facility in MS Project 98 to generate .GIF imaged
which I can import into MS Word 2000. The images get created succesfully.
The following process is followed:
1. Generate .GIF file in MS 98.
2. Open Word 2000 in a blank document (template).
3. Insert Picture From File
4. Highlight the GIF
5. The image appears and it is scaled to the correct size.
6. The document is saved and emailed to recipents for view
PROBLEM:
When the receipents open the document the graphic is 'faided' and unreadble.
If you click on edit picture and then Close Picture the image appears fine.
Can anyone suggest what is going wrong and how prevent the need to edit
every GIF before being able to print it.
