MS Word 2000

Each time my aunt opens MS Word 2K, the app automatically
opens Document1 with the wording she used. I can't make
Document1 go away. Using the Find Files app, I have
searched the harddrive for Document1. There is no
Document1 on the harddrive. It appears to be stuck with
the application when I open using the icon. If a word doc
is clicked, then MS Word opens that document and you never
see Document1. Help. My aunt is 80 years young and trying
to explain and find a solution is difficult.
