When I receive a word attachment on my email and I open
it and close it, when I try to open it again without
saving it to me disk it tells me that the document cannot
be found. What could be causing this?

When you open an attachment directly, it is stored in a temporary folder and
deleted when you close it. Save it to your hard drive before opening it.
