MS Word 2002 envelope printing whacko

I have been using MS Word 2002 for two years and all of a
sudden, the envelope printing option prints very large
text on a very large scale- like it is for an 8.5 x 11
size envelope. I have re-set every option, including
envelope size, feeder location, etc. Nothing changes when
I change the options. Help! I have reverted to printing
package labels with the Avery option for letter envelopes!
