In Office 2000 I had a nice workflow to incorporate screen captures into word
documents. After grabbing the screen I would select an area of the graphic
using Maromedia Fireworks and copy it to the clipboard, I could then paste a
perfect, clear image into office applications with no issues. I could also
save web variants for other applications.
In word 2003 I am finding the images blurred so badly I can't continue, I
hope someone can assist me soon.
