MS Word 2007 Error with MSVCR80.dll

As of a few days ago, I was having no problems with MS Word 2007. But now,
it has stopped working and displays an error that MSVCR80.dll is not found.

I uninstalled and re-installed MS Office Home And Student 2007 and getting
same results.

Only possible explanation is that a Microsoft automatic update is to blame.
How do I fix this problem???? I need to have MS Word available ASAP.
