I have an issue with my Office 2007 Professional installation. My Word
application at times stops during launching process and wants to debug. I
will try to get the debug information for my next posting but it seems today
it opened just fine. I have a laptop with the fingerprint sensor and use it
frequently to get in and I thought it might be the cause because when I
entered the password to get in, it worked.
This started to work but there are still times that even this will not allow
it to startup appropriately. Microsoft has nothing and to get further
assistance, I will need to pay for that service. I think debugging should be
for the life of the product but off course they want money so that they can
send their generic soltuions that do not work. Any ideas for someone out
there.
