MS Word - 2007 Issue

Everything worked fine for months and then suddenly, when I create a new
document, finish it, save it, then exit Word, I receive an Error message that
the system has experienced an error and has to shut down. It also asks if I
want to send a notice to Microsoft regarding this situation.

If I look at the data that is to be sent, it shows:

AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 12.0.6308.5000 AppStamp:47e547c5
ModName: hpz3r5ha.dll ModVer: 61.71.244.0 ModStamp:45f91d42
fDebug: 0 Offset: 000467e8

Clicking OK closes Word, then restarts it with a blank document. The
document I saved was actually saved, so it is little more than an irratant,
but I would like to fix it.

The same thing happens occassionally with MS Outlook, but not regularly.
Any suggestions?

Its either a corrupt HP printer or scanner driver. It looks more like a
printer driver though. Delete the printer and then making sure that you have
the latest driver first, reinstall the printer.

I delete every HP product from my computer. I should have known it was the
HP Printer Driver. Every problem I've ever had turned out to be caused by
the HP printer driver. I'm done with them, never will HP touch my computer
again.

Thank you very much.
