MS Word 97 - upside down text

Does anyone know how to get text upside down in Word 97?
I can see the command/option to rotate text from 0 to 360
degrees, but it is gray and I cannot highlight it. Can
anyone help me?

We are a two person office and cannot afford to purchase
additional software for this one specific task.
