MS-WORD Advanced Mail Merge Help

hello,

i have a few questions and can't seem to find any detailed help by googling
- so i thought i try my luck here...

i am working on a mail merge document using the includetext directive within
some nested if statements to produce a customized letter - i was a little
confused this morning as i transferred the mail merge document from my lappy
at home to my desktop at work and found that the document seemed to have
cached the most recent version of includetext documents that reside on my
lappy.

i could not see how to clean out the cache or re-initialize the merge doc i
had created. furthermore, whne trying to add new conditonal includetext
directive the document ignored them

any help would be greatly appreciated.
