MS word doc with Screen shots - disappearing..

Error - "there is not enough memory or disk space to
display or print our picture." I have 512K memory and a
30g..h/d with 68% free space...very frustrated...it was
there one day and gone the next day.. I have 7 - 8 screen
shots which I modified in paint. Then cut & copied what I
needed.. size of file is 527KB..please help...

It is a little difficult to know exactly what is wrong as there is
insufficient information. But a guess it would be using Paint as the editor.
Paint uses bitmaps which are grotesquely large and cumbersome. Secondly, it
is better to inert objects into Word rather than copy/paste.

Try inserting the pictures and using the Word Picture Editor to edit your
pictures. If the Word editor isn't good enough, try using Microsoft Office
Imaging or - even better - IrfanView (a free to download graphics utility).
Edit the picture in IrfanView and save it as a .gif file. Then insert it
into Word and use the Word Picture Editor to size it. That will minimise the
size of the document.
