MS Word flashes on system tray

[SJP]

MS Word flashes on system tray randonly when opening files
from explorer and sometimes when performing a File Save-
As.

Has anyone seen this? Any help is appreciated!

Could this also be the cause of slow file save naming in Word? Where you
type the name of the file and it lags behind your typing...
