MS Word, Template/Form Buttons, add an address button that would have field
properties that can be customized (company name, contact name, address, phone
and fax numbers, email), the contact information would be provided by MS
Outlook Contact Manager. The "contact/address" fields would also function
properly within a "Locked" template. As the lead estimator for a small
construction co., this would save a lot of time over our current cut and
paste from Outlook process. The reason behind the "locked" form/template is
to keep the employees from changing the job spec's.

It's a big job, and you'd need a contact manager expert, not a Word
expert, to do most of the tricky stuff. Otherwise, all you need to do
is make a UserForm, add some dropdown fields, populate em with your
choices...
