MS word help 2000

When I try and open MS word help, nothing happens, but
when I click on ctrlaltdelete it says I have anywhere from
two to six mshelp's open. Can anyone explain this

Sally

There's a possibility they are opening off screen. Try opening two instances
and then use the Tile option by right-clicking in the Taskbar. Does that
bring Help back into view?
