ms word multi-page document

I am able to receive records in a multi-page ms word document. Is there any
way to separate out the records and put them into a table? I also need to be
able to assign field status to at least three text statements which are
always the same in each page. ie. "name", "date", etc. Is there any way to
create the table and fields from the raw data received?
