Recently I noticed that when printing shipping labels out of WORD the ink is
printed in Red on my labels. They were black in the past. To make it more
complicated - when I print the label on a regular sheet of paper versus the
labels it prints in black. I do not see any options or preferences to change
the color back to black. Any help you could give would be appreciated.
