MS Word to Access Database macro

i'm trying to create a macro to select the body of a MS Word document and
put it into a field in an access DB. i've been able to do it for small text
fields, but, i'm not sure how to do it for a large block of text. should i
use OLE Field? Do i need to put in bookmarks to select the range between
them? Anyone have an example of this?
