MS Word Unexpected Quit Following Save As Command

I have a Powerbook G4 with Mac OS X 10.3.9 and am using Microsoft Word
10.1.6. For some time now, I encounter an unexpected quit if, when
using the "save as" command, I change the name which is suggested by
default (based on the first text on the page) to something else. This
does not happen all the time. Any ideas? Has anyone seen this
behavior?

Repeating crashes are often due to one or another common Word issues. Check
