Opening word from office XP outside of our network causes
an error to occur. The error msg references hpzntp07.dll
any Ideas?

The .dll is related to your printer. Probably it is a network printer that
is not available when machines are not connected to the network. The
solution is to install the printer driver on each local machine, pointing to
the network printer.

Hi, PA. Try selecting a local printer and making it the default Windows
printer before starting Word.
