MS Works Install

I am trying to locate the correct area within Microsoft to get the Product
Key for MS Works 2002 that was installed on my computer (Dell 4400) when I
purchased it.

I had to re-build my computer last week after downloading SVPack2 for XP Pro
casused a blue screen.

I called Dell and they said to contact Microsoft.

The CD key should be on a sticker on the Works package or the Certificate of
Authenticity that accompanied the CD. But see “How to Obtain a New Product
