MS09.DLL error

Recieving above error message anytime I try to copy or cut
slide containing charts objects. Running Office 2000 with
SP3. Can create charts and modify them, however once file
is closed/saved cannot reopen and modify. Files can be
transferred to another computer and be edited so I don't
beleive files have been corrupted. Any help/hint
appreciated.

Thanks

Did search already did not find one that appeared to fit.
The subject line above is the full text message I recieve
when attempting to cut/copy slide. When attempting to
modify chart in slide I recieve the error below:

"The server application, source file or item can not be
found or returned an unknown error. You may need to
reinstall the source application"

What is the full text of the error message? There are 25
articles that references to mso9.dll in the Microsoft
Knowledge Base.
