When I try to open any office program, I get an error that
says I am missing the ms097.dll file. My disks were lost
in a move. I cannot open the programs in order to provide
microsoft techs a product ID number. I can however run
Word which was loaded previously and I do have the disks
for that, along with encarta, et. al. Can anyone help?
