MS_ProjectServer_PublicDocuments gone after SP1 application

I tested successfully after the initial install, but after applying SP1 I
found that the link to the Public Documents no longer works. New WSS sites
are created successfully for published projects. Any idea how I can recreate
the Public Documents site without starting all over again?
