I HOPE someone can tell me why this is happening and whats a fix, hope
hope....
Whenever i use access, if i leave it open long enough it eventually crashes.
EVERY single time.
It crashes with exception code 0x00000964 at offset 0000ab09. The error
report says that it is an "The memory could not be read." exception. Access
is the only program that does this. sometimes it happens after 10 minutes,
sometimes after 20 sometimes after an hour, but ALWAYS it will happen. Other
people i talk to have the same problem.
We are using Access 2002 SP1 (Build no: 10.2616.3501), and connecting
through ODBC to an Oracle 9i database. My workstation is a Win2K box with
Intel Celeron processor at 1.4 GHz with 392 MB ram and SP4.
Any help greatly appreciated... its is horribly annoying to have to keep
reopening access 10-12 times a day.
