msCal.calendar.7 for peer-to-peer workgroup

I am using the above reminder calendar. Love it.
How can I setup this calendar so each p/c in the workgroup has his/her own
calendar.
Right now my calendar pops up on everyone's p/c because I am the p/c that
everone is connected to.
Appreciate any help. Thanks.
