Hi,
Try the following:
WARNING: (BACKUP your registry) If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you
may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating
system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result
from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own
risk.
- Uninstall Office 97
- Delete the folder "c:\program files\microsoft office"
- Click Start > Run and type "regedit", click OK
- Delete the following registry keys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office
HKEY_Current_User\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office
- Reboot the computer
- Reinstall Office 97

| Dear Guys
| I have a strange problem when installing access97 on
| windows 98, the progress bar reach 100% and then a
| message appear to wait until updating system registery
| but afterthat an error message appeard "mscal.ocx was

| when i tried to open access 97 a message says "can not
| find visual basic for application dynamic library vba322"
| I tried to remove access 97 and reinstall it but nothing
