MSCam for Powerpoint 97

I just upgraded to Windows XP Pro and tried to install the
MSCam utility in Office 97. It will not work and reads
that it needs Windows 95.
Does anyone know of a compatible update?
I need to convert Powerpoint shows to avi so I can export
to DVD.
