When going to "msconfig " under the start button The menu comes up and
immediately disappears.
I just started doing that. Maybe a related problem is when windows boots up
the desktop comes up normal but when it is finished the icon flash off then
on again (less than a second or 2 apart)
A virus check shows no viruses or other problems
