Users drag mail from Outlook 2002 to their desktop, then
delete from In-Box (to minimise mailbox size). When
reopening the .msg file, the mail reappears in the In-Box,
but only on machines with Office XP SP3 installed.
(Previous versions simply open the mail but don't replace
it in Outlook!)
