msg not showing up but does in reply

I am having a slight issue with Outlook 2007. I am able to send emails
however; the body of my messages are not showing up in the preview pane. The
person must hit the reply button for the message to show up. Any suggestions?

If you have an antivirus program scanning your messages, uninstall it and
reinstall it without the mail scanning feature. Also try starting Outlook
in Safe mode (hold Ctrl while you start Outlook) and see if that changes
anything.
