Msg sometimes not sent with OE

Hi

XP pro. OE6 sp1

I have a problem sending my msgs with Outlook Ex. 6. I have a mail add at
my ISP and a hotmail add.

When I send msgs to my hotmail add from my ISP accnt, it's copied in the
sent folder but the msg never make it to my hotmail account. Sometimes also
when I send replies to forums it doesn't make it through but it is copied in
the sent folder.

Who's the problem, is it OE or my ISP ?
